Its a Condenser Microphone. Which takes power from USB port of computer and requires no battery. There is a toggle switch to turn it on and off. Audio output is taken from 1/8 inch female jack through a stereo cable to line in of computer. Or 1/8inch to 1/4 inch jack cable is used to connect it with pro audio interface.
