We made a new "Studio Microphone" which is capable of recording high quality audio. It can be used for vocals, instruments and drums etc. You can also use it for other purpose like interview recordings, wildlife recordings and tutorial recordings.
Microphone is driven by FET BF245C and 2SC9013 general purpose npn transistor.

It is made up of metal housing and perfectly ground looped. You can see that its all black. But this is the first design. However we also have these microphone in other colors.

How does it work ?

It has a 3pin out XLR JACK. You can either connect it to mixer or interfaces that has 48v phantom power because stp-275c are the phantom powered microphones and so, below range of 45-48v stp-275c aren't gonna work.

How does it work ?

It has a 5pin out option. But that is a midi jack. MIDI jacks has different feature that is why we used them in our 50 microphones stp-275d project. It works with 3.5mm  jack that can be plugged direct into PC microphone port. Your PC can power up this microphone. For other special PC that doesn't have this option you can use PPB device (Phantom Power Box Device).

PPB (Phantom Power Box)

We made a box for it " that is used to obtain the balanced output/stereo out for PC, interfaces etc.

This is not just a power supply of microphone but it has option to plug your headphone into it to obtain the stereo out for latest PC sound-card. You can listen to the real-time microphone audio and audio coming from PC and you can adjust the volume for both separately. 

There is a push button to turn it on. You connect your mic and headphone into it. And then connect its headphone out and mic out to PC headphone & mic sound-card ports respectively.

At the right side in the bubble bag there is microphone. Beside the microphone there is its cable which is 5 pins din midi to 3.5mm stereo male jack. And you can see the passive mixer device which also serves as PPB for microphone.You can see the power adapter cable of battery and 9v battery. Below this battery and the bo\x there are two more additional cable for device. Both are 3.5mm stereo male to 3.5mm stereo male. This device can also be powered by 9v adapter.

STP-TD-R7

Protection Switch For Home Electrical Equipments

This is a "Time Delay" switch box. Can be used for 220v AC. When you plug the adapter into AC socket it turns on the switch (Relay) that is built inside it after 2min. This can be used for the load of 1000W. So, it is suitable for home use to protect our precious and sensitive electrical devices like LED TV, Computers, Printers, Refrigerators, Deep Freezers etc.

Timer kit is based on 555 timer. The 555 consumes more energy so, we decided to build it with 7555. Hence all of our switches are based on 7555 Timer IC. 

PCB has wide traces where the current AC with high voltage will pass.

The Wire we used (you can see in the picture above) can also support the load of 30A. So, everything is safe.

WORKING:

• Connect your device in "STP-TD-R7" Socket.
• Now plug the "STP-TD-R7" cable into your home indoor AC socket. 
• Now, Turn on the switch. You'll see the power LED will light.
• Now everything is done, it will turn on your plugged device after 2mins.
• When the socket of "STP-TD-R7" has current in its socket the other LED named as trigger will light up. This is the indication that the switch is on.
• Just in case for sometime if you don't want to wait for two minutes you can press button that is with its socket. This will instantly switch on your plugged in device. This switch is named as reset.
• To face all of the problem there is a fuse inside it which is very easy to replace.

 

This device is very useful for our "Electrical Equipments" and its 100% safe to use. It will protect your device from Electricity fluctuation which can damage our precious devices.

PROFESSIONAL STUDIO MICROPHONE

This is our new microphone for high quality audio. It contains 34mm large diaphragm pressure gradient transducer.
We designed its circuit for using it without phantom power. The kit regulates voltage from 5v to 48v like the interfaces do. We have encapsulated the circuit of USB phantom power into it. This 48v phantom power is then given to the capsule. And then output is taken from C1 linked with hot wire of capsule and given to the additional built in preamp based on TL071 low noise OP-Amp.

We used a thick mesh as you can see in the pics. 
Now here is a question.! How i design the body in this mic shape? Well i'll make another post on how i did the whole thing.

Microphone works with an unbalanced power cord cable that is XLR to 3.5mm stereo jack that goes to the microphone port of computer soundcard. 

On the top of this microphone there is another mesh which is bended as you can see in the picture. You can see some screws that are holding the mesh in the microphone. But the mesh on the top of this microphone is joined with super glue.

There is another screw in the mid of the body which looks useless but infact that is preventing the huge noise. It is joined with the GND of the circuit.


I painted it black with black spray color bottle. Because that is the easiest way to get the high quality color with shining.

You can see that the shock mount is attached with it and fixed tight with the grip ring.
Overall the method i used to make this is really difficult. Once it is done you cannot open it. You cannot repair it. This is just disposable. But believe me the parts are assembled in such a way that damage cannot be done.

ADDITIONAL HARDWARE PPB:

PPB stands for Phantom Power Box. It is used to boost the signals. You plug this microphone in it and takes output to the line in of your PC or you can drive another amplifier. You can use it with interfaces to attain the high quality sound.

PPB  can be powered by a single 9v battery or you can power it with the USB cable. PPB is our new technology to use microphone in a different and clean way.

STP-CM99-AP2

 USB CONDENSER MICROPHONE

We tried to Make AP1 cheap so every one could buy and enjoy the high quality of sound.
We used TSB165A Capsule and used PCM 2902 IC for USB Interface. 
Like AP1 it also have some buttons option like Volume Up, Volume Down, Mic Mute, Headphone Mute etc.
But we didn't connect these buttons with our kit because of low space in the metal body of microphone. Yes we took the body of an ideal Vintage Condenser Handled Microphone as you can see in the pics below:

Here you can see it was a Vintage Microphone which was useless for us.
So instead of sending it to recycle we used it to give our buyers the pleasures of high quality audio.

This microphone doesn't have a Line In option but it has Headphone Option.
Yes you can connect your headphone into this microphone.

We tried to make  USB Microphone before but that had DC offset problem. In this microphone that problem has been resolved.

It has no latency rate problem because it has its own jack for headphone. You can control through your computer audio mixer that either you want audio from your headphone or not.
You can play MIDI Through it because it has a MIDI Sw Synth Option into its software like our computer sound card have.

AP1 was real expensive due to its design and its functions here is a picture of it:

This microphone is professional Studio Microphone with some extra function. 
It has two 3.5mm female input ports for connecting other things. These ports were named as :

It is clear that in cheap international price you get the high quality vocal microphone that do not need any other hardware like interfaces etc. USB powers up the capsule and gives you output to the line in. If your laptop doesn't have a line in option you can use some USB Interface to pass it through. Or you can also connect this to the microphone port of your soundcard. (In this case you need to reduce your mic port's sensitivity in other words you need to uncheck the option of Mic Boost)
